all my life ive lived so carefree
not a worry in sight that mattered to me
now all a sudden im faced with lifes decitions
starting to live with out parents provitions
i dont know what im meant to do
when they say its 1 career i have to choose
they laugh and say, "welcome to the real word"
but i dont feel too welcome, just a lost little girl
where am i going?
this world isnt slowing.
its going too fast
flashing past making all my todays my past
my world is spinning faster and faster
making me dizzy so its hard to find
what im after
will i ever be 'on my way'
cos i feel far from it, here, today.

eyes like fire that can burn through my very soul
kisses like sugar, so sweet there almost sinful
touch like a cool summer breeze, so gentle yet so wanted
thoughts of him plague my mind and his presence is always here as if im haunted
his name hovers on my lips yet so rarely said
his smile set on replay, repeating through my head
love has grown from a friendship and its only getting stronger
leaving me hoping and wishing that it will last alot longer
i have never felt this complete before
exposing these feelings, so new, so raw.

Time flys when your having fun
But that’s not stopping me cos im long from done
I’d rather have a quick life full of great days
Rather than one that drags cos I don’t go out n play
I want to take risks, I want to take a chance
I want to work hard to get what I wanted at first glance
I want to make mistakes and learn from what I did
I want to live the dreams I dreamt of as a kid
Life is short so im gonna make it sweet
Gonna have some fun, live by the edge of my seat
