On the road again... Random's heading home!

I spent a while from BeautUtes at one point, but in that time a lot of things have changed in my life.
After a 8 or 9 month stint here in Sydney, I've been given my 'marching orders,' so to speak. I've got to head home and get my back seen to, which will probably require some sort of surgery.
After unsueccesfully holding a job at the Animal Welfare League (through no fault of my own), and then pushing myself at a dishwashing job, which made my back worse, it seems like nothing was meant to work out here... So when my parents came over for a visit, we all had a discussion, with Dave (zoomin ute) and his dad as well.
So, come June 30th, I'm starting my journey home.
To people who move all the time, from state to state, this may seem insignificant, but for me, it's heartbreaking.
I've made a few very good friends since my arrival here. And to be honest, I'm fair pissed off that I'm leaving them behind. I'll have to start all over again in Adelaide too, after ridiculous arguments between my two besties back there got out of hand...
Not to mention, I managed to develop rather strong feelings for Dave (poor bastard) in my time here, and I am NOT looking forward to having to drop him off at the airport to send him back home... Things are still up in the air as to whether he'll be moving to Adelaide or not himself.
So things haven't been easy for me over the past couple of weeks, because mixed up with all of this is a legal battle I'm currently fighting, which will hopefully end on Thursday. Needless to say, I hardly sleep anymore, I'm constantly on the verge of tears, and people are sick of finding my fallen out hair everywhere

However, I'm not entirely woe-ful about the whole deal. Regardless of how much pain this move is causing me now, I do see Adelaide as a new beginning. Getting my back fixed will be frigging awesome- I'm sick of it holding me back.
Not only that, but I've initiated plans for a new business venture I'm incredibly passionate about... It'll be hard in the long run, but hopefully something good will come of it.

So there you have it... For the very few of you who congratulated me when I got my AWL job, here is the next portion of my life.

Now comes a couple of questions!!
We're leaving from Canberra (after BB's farewell party) Saturday morning (1st July).
We're doing the trip over 2 days, because my ute is a slugbox. Staying at Mildura Saturday night, then heading the rest of the way to Adelaide on Sunday. This lets us take it easy, and enjoy the trip.
We've planned to drop in at a couple of places on the way though (Sturt Highway), but has anyone got any suggestions for sightseeing?

Also, I'll be heading to Stonerollers in August, and Ive almost talked a friend into coming with me... But I'd really appreciate a non virgin accompanying me!!!!!! Any volunteers? lol

So there ya'll go. A whole lot of bullshit noone will probably read

Hey Random - I've never moved states, found moving towns hard enough... so good luck. But as you said moving back to Adelaide is the beginning of a new section in your life so enjoy it.

You never know where it will take you. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason even though at the time it may not seem like it.

Good luck with everything. I'm not much use on the sightseeing or Stonerollers being based over here in WA so I'll let someone else help you out with that...

Random - shearers hall of fame, and any nice spots on the various rivers in the region are worthy of a photo! Theres the dog on the Tucker Box in Gundagai.

You'll be in the region the same time as me. Although I won't be back to Adelaide til the Monday i think. You guys will have to give me a guess at an ETA throgh Wagga as I'll be in Wagga on the friday night.

hey rhi.... u can always come and party with the mexicans and myself at stonies..... haha god love us sweetcheeks! haha u know i told u we were all completley nuts and out of controll, well were hitting adelaide on friday night, then will be doig the toutine showers at the truckstop and heading to stonies on the saturday.

And Carrots... We've got an extra 2 days off to get home, we're in no hurry... Did you want to catch up somewhere along the way? Let me know roughly when/where you expect to be! (I'd say we'd be around Wagga sometime Saturday though, not 100% sure. In fact, I'm not 100% sure where Wagga is, and my australia roap trip thingy is in the ute!!!)

Me going depends on alot of things (especially atm which I can't divulge yet). We'll see, I'm sposed to be in Noosa that week for a paid for holiday, too bad the childcare situation isn't good.
