Fundraisers!

I am looking for suggestions to whom our next fundraiser can go towards next... currently as you all know I am putting $2 from each polo shirt towards a charitable organisation ... only $400, but 400 is 400 and 400 will buy something handy.... every cent counts.

I would like suggestions from members to whom we can donate towards next ... big or small it does not really matter.....

RFDS i reckon too. i have been in one of their planes before.

how about the RFDS as so many of us live in the country. i had the unfortune pleasure of having to use them when my little neice suddenly stopped breathing and had to rush her from kalgoorlie to perth. if it hadnt have been for the wonderful service the provide i would hate to think of what would or could have happened. another suggestion is PMH.

I like the idea of the RFDS since we are mostly country people also maybe St John Ambulance or even Kids Cancer research or something along those lines.

HOW ABOUT SOMEONE LIKE ANGEL FLIGHTS THEY PROVIDE THE PLANES AND THE PILOTS TO TAKE SICK KIDS FROM THE COUNTRY TO HOSPITAL AND RECEIVE VERY LITTLE OR NO FUNDING FROM THE GOV OR OTHER AGENCIES.THE PILOTS OFFER THERE TIME AND PLANES FOR THE JOY OF SEEING A SICK KID GET BETTER.SPOKE TO ONE GUY WHO HAD JUST FLOWN FOR 7 HRS TAKING A LITTLE GIRL HOME AND HE SAID HE WOULD GO AGAIN STRAIGHT AWAY IF NEEDED AND HE WAS IN HIS 60S

How about...
The Variety Club or Wildelife Warriers or Angel Flight even could be RSPCA or simmilar as there are so many dog lovers on this site.

i think rural fire brigade, they're always in need of more and new equipment, and god knows how many homes theyve saved out in the bush
