Rally to Dally

To hopefully the 1st Annual Rally to Dally.
This is to be held on 12 April 2008, so mark it in now as you do NOT want to miss this one.
Will have several meeting points for convoy along the way (places and times to be confirmed). Once we reach Dalwallinu there will be a street parade, after which we will all head back down the road to Pithara Speedway where the fun and games begin!

There will be:
timed lap trials of the speedway track ($2 for 3 laps)
burnout pad ($2)
circle work area ($2 for 2 minutes)
barrel racing ($2)
spear the spud ($2)
to be able to enter the motor sport events you MUST: wear a helmet (borrow a mates helmet if you do not have one), wear long sleeves, long pants and wear closed in shoes. We will not permit anyone on the track who is not wearing these items. You will also NOT be permitted on the track if you have been drinking. There is plenty of time to kick back wih a few drinks at night after the events.

Best Holden
Best Ford
Best Feral (must be registered and running)
Best Street
Best Rural
Best BNS
Best Chicks (proof of ownership required)
Best 4x4
Best Other (cars, bikes, non-ute)
?Best Vintage (dependant on number entered)

camping is available and advisable at the venue (police will be notified and in attendance)

venue has toilets and showers

canteen and bar facilities available

Please support these as this is the only money Pithara Speedway is making. Have been advised that they are reasonably priced.

dj to entertain the crowd at night (if anyone know of any bands that would like to get their name out there and be willing to play for free please let one of the committee members know)

auction (lots of goodies have already been donated)

COST: $30 if you pre-register and pay by the 31 March 2008

$35 pay on the day

this is the entry price per ute with a $5 per passenger extra, kids under 15 free

Your entry fee will give you: entry, pack, 3 laps timed of track, 2 minutes circle work, 1 shot on burn out paid, 1 category entry in ute muster - $5 per additional categories.

*Please note: entry as it your own risk. Neither Old Farts Ute Club or Pithara Speedway will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury or death. You will be required to sign a waiver agreeing to this as part of your entry.*

Spectators are $15 per vehicle

All profits raised are going to CanTeen

This is gonna be huge. Mark this one down as a must go people. This is not gonna be your small scale Ute muster. It's bigger than Texas. Boofy and I definately will be there. Circle work, Burnouts and speedway track to name just a few and no hoon laws to contend with. We can run amuck have a ball and sleep it off all in the same place. What more could you ask for.

Havent been to dally in a while hey stacey last time i was in dally n we cauhgt up was the nite blue hornet played that was a good nite may have to make this trip if my utes outa the panel shop
