The 9th annual Perth City Muster is the ultimate Country family day out on Saturday 23rd February with Beaut Ute displays & Whip Cracking competitions and a glittering Golden Guitar haul of premier acts performing 8 hours of blue grass, bush ballads, heartbreakers and high energy country rock at Claremont Showgrounds.

You'll be kickin' back and lettin' loose with larrikins and live wires in the Arena from 3pm with a blazing galaxy of country stars in full concert length sets introduced by MC, author, songwriter and comedian Jim Haynes -

Lee Kernaghan, Troy Cassar-Daley, Songbirds - Gina Jeffreys, Beccy Cole & Sara Storer,

The Sunny Cowgirls & 2008 Toyota Star Maker

And you can meet all the acts for signings direct from the stage in the merchandise tent.

Bundaberg Rum Beaut Utes - The action starts in the pavilions from Noon as chrome and custom-built beasts lock horns for the “Best Ute” Trophy and $1,000 prize money. Entry fee is $30 with medallions and additional prize money up for grabs in the Feral, Female, Vintage, Best Presented, Furthest Travelled, City, Country and Peoples Choice categories. Enter your bull barred beauty online at www.citymuster.com.au
Perth City Muster tickets include free entry to view the Beaut Utes.

Whip Cracking - Try your hand for prize trophies at the all ages 4th WA Whip Cracking Championships. Register with the 'Master' of 2 handed tricks, Mick Denigan on email: mickswhips@optusnet.com.au or call 08 8988 6400 for more info. Mick will also light up the night sky with awesome fire whip tricks from side of stage at sunset.

Parking: Take the city train direct to inside the venue from 2pm with return trips until 12.30am OR park all day at the Claremont Football Club, across the road for $10.

Hopefully be there boyup brook will be my first muster finally got a ute 1st car pv 2nd station-wagon now da ute so good to have to events close together hopefully meet a few of ya there
