Ute Show
december 15 2007

Its our first B&S charity ute show & were all shiny and new
so Help us pop the cherry & come raise a few $$$

fundraising for the "Dirty Deeds" Quindanning Ball
to be held on 18 october 2008 (TBC)

venue: kelmscott ten pin bowling alley off railway pde, Kelmscott

Categories / Awards 1st 2nd & 3rd

Holden Ute
Ford Ute
Street/Performance Ute = (Empty Pocket)
Town Ute = (Peak Hour)
Country/Rural Ute = (Dirt Road Warrior)
4x4 Ute = (Recovery Rig)
Chicks Street Ute = (Miss Ute)
Chicks (any chick ute not street) = (Womans Touch)
Mini Truck = (Ridin Low)
Best Other (can be cars, bikes etc) = (Poolroom)

you automatically qualify for below categories also
Encouragement Award
Best Themed Award
BowChickaWowWow
Custom Plate Award
Custom Sticker/s

if you have any further ideas let us know in here

there will also be ten pin bowling at the venue to keep you entertained and heaps of fun that you probably havent done in years.
$10 for one game, $18 for two, $25 for 3 games

NO GLASS, BYO designated fenced area, camping allowed at this stage
all vehicles must be licensed

Ute Show registrations
$15 entry + $5 for each additional category
on the day registrations only now & will close @3pm sharp, judging from 3.30pm
presentations from 6pm

heaps of prizes to look out for

committee members are donating prizes but if you could help
sponsor donations of goods, services,vouchers etc for prizes would be appreciated

guys just to let you know we are not doing pre registrations due to the time left and the hassle it will cause for our first ute show, sorry guys just be there early on the day now... registrations close by 3pm everyone needs to be parked and ready to be judged by then

this ute show made it to the front page of the local community news paper
those who arrive early get best carpark spots, 4x4 and mini trucks will not be made to park at medical centre now, but as mentioned first in best dressed, we have the block next door to use also now which will make things much better than previous plans

Price will be confirmed very soon as we are holding a meeting this Friday and i dare say it will be a dog free event mate as it is being held in the bowling centres car park but we will confirm this shortly too.
Cheers, hope to see you all there as it will definitely be different to any other ute show and its looking to be a lot of fun! We have some great prizes lined up with some quirky and different categories, including a dusk lighting display which will be judged also with prizes for that category.
Its also BYO guys....for a change lol
