Beaut Ute Muster 2007

The Inaugural Gingin Expo Beaut Ute Muster 2007 will be held in conjunction with the Gingin Expo on
21st April. The Gingin Expo will be operating from 8.30am – 4.30pm, however the Beaut Ute Muster will require different hours, and certain Terms and Conditions. These details are outlined below.

Terms and Conditions

Muster hours will be between the hours of 9am – 4pm. During these hours the Utes will be required to be on show in the designated display area on the Hockey Oval for public viewing.
Registrations start from 8.30am Saturday in the marshalling area on the Hockey Oval to the rear of the main arena. Judging for the categories will take place from 12 noon – 2pm on Saturday. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be announced and presentation of prizes will take place at approximately 3.30pm.
There will be no driving events or circle work permitted.
After the Muster hours, there will be a band in the evening with a cover charge and full licensed bar facilities. No B.Y.O will be permitted and vehicles will be inspected on arrival and registration.
Entry to the Muster is $10 per category if paid prior to 21st April. (N.B. $15 late entry fee if payable on the day). The entry fee is non-refundable. This fee includes 1 adult entry ticket, per vehicle, to the Expo. Gate tickets will be sent out on arrival of pre-registration entries, otherwise allowances will be made on the day, at the gate, for late entries.
All Utes are to be registered and roadworthy to enter the site and competition, or arrive on a registered trailer.
The organizers reserve the right to evict any persons for intoxication and/or unruly behavior.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program or categories without notice.
No dogs are permitted on site.
Failure to comply with rules and parking instructions will result in automatic disqualification from the competition and forfeiture of entry fee.
Organisers will take reasonable care for the safety and security of property, however no responsibility for damage caused to property will be accepted.

Best Holden Ute: As the name suggests, the best HOLDEN Ute….One for the Holden enthusiasts

Ford/Holden Shootout!! The winners from the Best Ford and Best Holden fight it out for this title!!

Best of the Rest Ute: The best of what’s ‘left over’!!

In completing and signing this form for my entry in the Gingin Expo Beaut Ute Muster, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and accepted the competition terms and conditions as detailed in the attached sheet.

I agree to absolve, hold harmless and indemnify the Gingin Expo Committee, judges and any other persons associated with the management of the event from any claims, actions, suits or demands from any incident, accident, injury or damage to any person, property or otherwise caused or alleged to have been caused or sustained from any activity or use of any equipment or property associated with the activity and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined.

NB. Participants must sign both pages of this entry for and send these together with a cheque or money order for the nominated entry fee payable to: Gingin Expo, P.O. Box 250, GINGIN WA 6503. (Photocopies of entry forms WILL be accepted – both forms still need to be copied and signed) One Adult entry ticket to the Expo, per vehicle, will then be sent by return mail on arrival and processing of entry. If registering on the day, submit this entry form in person to the marshalling area, found on the Hockey Oval. A late entry fee of $15 per category, will be payable and provisions will be made at the gate for entry of 1 Adult per vehicle. Directions to the marshalling tent will be given.

If someone is heading over to Gingin and are willing to place some flyers(for the Anzac Day Convoy) on some windscreens at the Ute Muster PLEASE let me know and I'll post some up to you.
If you can help out it'll be great, I want the Anzac Day Convoy to be a great day and the more people we let know the better. I promise I'll make it worth your while!!
