Sheep tag will be given with all entries to ute muster. ENTRY FEES $10 first catergory and $5 for each extra catergory. All entries to be in by 10.00am Saturday. Early entries are advisable. Entry forms available with Show programme at various locations around south west or by contacting myself and I shall forward one to you. Judges decision is final. Enquiries to Kathy Webber 9771 8761 Or email kathwebber@telstra.com Camping available on grounds on the Friday and Saturday nights. LOCATION: Rae park Manjimup, for those who went to Bridgetown, its 35 klm past Bridgetown, first turn right into Graphite road when entering town from north, then first right again and follow signs to show grounds. Manjimup is 300 klm's south of Perth on South West highway. Western Australia. There will be a bands and music friday night with fireworks and side show alley. All utes on display or entering will be issued with a pass to the grounds for the driver. Please let myself know if you are coming to this event and i shall send a pass to you. Lets put on a good display of utes and show the utes are great. I shall endeavour to get police permission for a parade down the main street prior to the show start on the Saturday morning.(this is not confirmed as of yet but i will inform you when it is)..( I am hoping to do this parade with flags mounted in place) Just an added note: There is a stockwhip cracking competition being held at this show. Classes will include, Best technique Senior, Best Technique Junior, Best Technique with two whips and most cracks in one minute(based on technique as well as count).. This event is being sponsored by FUELSWEST-MANJIMUP Help support this event please and i hope to have it as an annual event.. Kath...

My first year as show secretary, and i like planning ahead, so have already started planning the 2008 show, it will be both our 50th year of incorporation and the shires 100th anniversary too...so hopefully this year goes off well and next year is even better... Lets hope the Utes can make this event more exciting, and everyone has a great time...Hey anybody who is into guitars, please bring one down so we can all sit round and listen to some good old fashion campfire music... I will try to get a drum or two and permission for them to be lit on the friday night, cant promise but will try... Kath....

Usuall things to consider is keeping dog on leash, and ensuring the dog doesnt cause a nuisence...have plenty of water and shade for them...The area where the utes will be, is well shaded, so if u dont like leaves dropping on your ute then choose carefully...

There will be a ute parade on the day of the muster... we will be leaving the showgrounds and heading to the ampol on sth west highway, then from there, the parade will head up the main street of town and back down the otherside of the block, here we have two main streets... This has been cleared, and will involve the vintage car club as well...they will lead the parade and we shall follow... this parade will be happening around 10.00 am ish?... At this stage i have not got the permits to fly our flags but will endeavour to get them so we can fly with all our glory... The only thing i request is no hooning...as i have seen at the last event i went to, there was one, and at this event, i hope there will be none...99% of the ppl in utes are great, lets hope the odd one out dont ruin things...the local police are very supportive of this event, but they will impound anyones car that does this on the day, and that will mean they loose there entry and there vehicle for the night... as for the rest of us, we shall have a ball and be welcome back... This event is just the start of something wonderful(i Hope its a great success)...i have been discussing having another later during the year, so this showing is a predecessor to the future of utes in manji...
