It was a good weekend. Had a great time. Got to meet alot of country music artists and had afew sign the General. Cant wait for next year.

Not a bad show, i think it's a joke that passengers in entered Utes had to pay a $40 entry fee. Maybe the Ute show organisers should look into reducing this fee.

This was one of the events i went to last year, i had a blast, especially waiting trav play! Hoping to make it along to it again this year

have to agree with ya there Chad, i've always enjoyed this show, but an extra $40 for a passenger is pretty steep. That's why i unfortunatly gave the show a miss this year. hope everyone enjoyed the show. Cheers all. - CAL.

I thought the judging was quite good and fair. People won classes they were eligible for and no organisers family members/neighbours/sponsors/wives won anything.

As I did miss the show this year well done to all that went, the best thing I like about this show is that you can only enter one category

Well it was last time I was there. . .

Chad, the one thing I will ask did you say anything to the organisers about the price of entry for the passengers. and if so what was the answer for this price. . .

I do believe $40 is very steep to enter a just a ute show but bear in mind it's not just a ute show an I do think is the reason they were charging that much , look at the artists that where playing and the cost to the general public to get in. . . .

Pete it was $25 to enter your ute and $40 for your passenger. All of the well known singers had already performed the day/s before so they can't even use that excuse.

The bloke running the ute show reckoned the $40 was too much

Heya Pete, yeah Jules took her ol' man to the show and when she questioned the price for a passenger the chic at the gate just said that it's 40 bucks, and that she's just doing her job.
