Rep Power: 0  | Re: The Great Aussie Pub Ute Muster I still think that bns should be left as bns and a circlework comp a criclework comp, because what if someone enters a plain ute with a bullbar and claims it as bns and it does great circle work ( coz its never been on a long drive to a bns ball so there for havin a perfect gearbox) and takes out the bns catergorie, then there will be a complete uproar, because they won on a completly different catergorie/subject to a true bns ute, which mighten or in most cases be completely strong enough to hold circle work, by makin circle work a bonus feature there will be ppl not goin for that factor and there will ppl asking for a re-judge if the WRONG SORT of ute will win a certain catergorie,     |

Its crap every ute show or muster someone has to have a whinge about something. Instead of whinging how about you have a go and start up a muster or a ute show then you will find out how hard it really is and seano and troy and ronza/kath will agree with me on that it doesnt just happen over night. |

G'day there, my true perception of a bns ute, as I have judged many and own one myself, is a ute that has been to a bns ball and has the sticker on it to prove it, being that bns stands for Batchelor and spinsters ball which is BNS, which is what a bns ute is. I would also like to add that most if not all bns balls have no sort of circlework aloud at all, it is banned, and if you do circlework you will be booked or risk loosing your licence and or vechile and will be removed from the ball site, so circle work has nothing to do with BNS balls. I also believe you holding this circle work comp for bous points is very biased, towards many a ute owner who respect their utes and treat them 2 last, as against ppl who love circle work or do not respect their utes who are already winng due to the bonus points you have available. If you want a circle work comp, hold one but that is all it is, is circle work, a bit of fun, a novelty not a criteria.cheers, | |

Featuring Lee Forster & the BUNDY GALS also D.j. & live music Awards announced around 7:30 pm on stage. Camping is available and all proceeds are donated to the Peter MacCallum cancer centre. There is a circlework comp $10 for entry run lasts 1 minute it has a bonus point scheme for extra points for a ute entered in the 3 bns catergories therefore not mandatory to enter however you do get points if you have a crack at it added to the bns catergory score" The catergories are $10 to enter or 3 for $20. Great trophies Great prizes. Catergories are best chicks ute street and rural street ute rural ute aussiest theme bns pre and post 90's sticker display bundiest ute feral ute furtherest travelled Best Ford Best Holden 4x4 ute with a boot ute of the show Note all entrants must be registered & chicks must have proof of ownership. Light display will be judged on dusk to get the effect, sound off for loudest will be judged in 3 catergories 4,6 and 8's. Rep Power: 0 | Re: The Great Aussie Pub Ute Muster hi all a bns ute to me is a ute which off cause goes to balls,rodeos,picnic races,etc. but what you have to think about is that ute from nsw,qld sa are more bns than the utes in sth vic as i was born in nsw and along the river and been around the bns ute scene along time but at the end of the day everyone has a different appinion and just on that im judging at rosedale and pakenham and was going to judge at lang lang aswell but carnt make it so good luck to everyone. |

Rep Power: 0 |  Re: The Great Aussie Pub Ute Muster Well on that note, I have Judged and been involved with the Lang Lang ute show for two years runnin (cant make it this year promised the missus we'd go away for a fishin holiday), and numerous years with the wandong ute show, as my family is also involved and judged/ing at/for both ute shows, and yes I two have not juz lived my life in dreary old vic, and I have been to numerous nsw and sa balls. And my missus has lived all over great australia and she knows that they r slightly diffrerent but go to denni (where all the states collide for 1 ute muster) and tell me the difference there, the number plate! and I respect the fact that you 2 have done all this, so you should understand the respect that utes deserve and how well most of these utes are looked after. Anyway enough of this darn topic, I hope You's all the best for ro'dale and It should be a great night as Lee is on stage, (as my missus used to follow him, untill she did her back in, in the cattle yard) SO SEE YAS ALL THERE, CHEERS DEEZ N MISH!, |

Rep Power: 3 | Re: The Great Aussie Pub Ute Muster Big ups to Seano and his crew for organising this event, over here in WA we don't get many musters with so many categories and so much entertainment during the day and certainly don't get many ute shows where circle work is permitted or where they support a great cause like Peter McCallum Cancer Research. as WA's rep i'm proud to be a part of B&S country ute club and i hope to be able to organise an event like this over here one day. Seano mate, i don't know how you do it! Great work, i wish i could be there for this one to help out and enjoy the day and all your hard work. We have circle work at our 2 BNS balls over here but otherwise we never get it anywhere else so those who go to this event and those who enter, have a ball and who cares if you win a prize or not?!! We don't enter to win, we enter to show off our utes because WE love them and to catch up with old mates and have a drink and a good time and with entertainment like that i would NOT be complaining at all!! I'm sure the winners will deserve to win and will be judged fairly so get on board and go along to this event guys, i'm sure it'll be a blast!! Cheers |
