AVOCA UTE COMPETITION

Thanks Chad - after a great turn out this year we are now discussing that we should at future competitions expand into 2nd and 3rd prizes and after the fabulous support from sponsors etc and working with limited funds this year we decided that just working with the winners for a first show was our best option - also not knowing numbers that would attend.
Thanks heaps for the feedback much appreciated and all this will be taken into account and used in upcoming years. Like I said next year we can only expand and branch into bigger and better things.

Hopes that everyone has received their mail from Avoca Ute Competition including a copy of the 2 local papers in which articles and photos of entrants were published in, an evaluation form and self addressed envelope for forms to be returned.

Got em thanks and returned the survey. Also for next year possibly have proof of rego for chics ute, fair chance the winner of this catergory at Avoca did not own the vehicle.

Maybe ute shows should ask for certificate of business registration for the owners own business when they enter work/trade/business ute :-)

Not a bad idea point, i think your show has good criteria in this catergory as you need to have the tools to show up to a site to do that particular job. But at shows there are different meanings for the term WORK UTE though and thus you get a variety of Utes winning at shows. Eg, work hacks, tradies vehicles and promo vehicles. .
