UTE TOYS

For christmas (it was a joke i think) i recieved from my (in conjunction) my parents and my brother and sister, a grown up version of scalextric (slot cars). its a mini bathurst circuit, and it came with greg murphy supercheap racing holden and craig lowndes betta electrical ford. I can tell you, its great fun! these things rip along at scale speeds of 250 km/h. they are bloody quick little cars too fats and your off the track into the wall.

So (revhead me) i was bored and tried to see if the cars tyres would actually smoke if i held them back (and they do, a little, but so does the track after a while) and then i let it go, but whoops, too fast, into the wall and crack it broke. (this was the ford, luckily).
so off i went to toyworld today to get a replacement (its great fun racing mates with these things). while in there i saw a massive, petrol powered remote control car, and it was in the shape of a holden avalanche! (HSV version of the crewman cross8). it was like a monster truck, but had a nearly 1000 dollar price tag! if i was made of money i would have bought it on the spot... looks great fun.

so what the best ute toy you have seen?
