Who gives a stuff! We all love utes, and love driving utes. Thats all that matters if you ask me.

Its kinda funny that ute drivers from the city come out to a country show and try and present there utes (pride and joy) the only know they know how, and with little visible extras (compared to a country ute) the only way they can. And get ridiculed for it. I would say ute shows are more excusible then the car shows and stuff in the city because of the ppl. Id hate to think that a minority has spoiled it for those of us that welcome the variety the pro utes bring. Its not like they would feel at home in a paddock in the country. Hopefully these guys get a warmer recpetion if they can be bothered again to come to the next show. Cos lets face it a group like the pro utes boost our numbers at every show so to loose them would be disappointing. And hey a chamois in the rain is kinda funny. Considering the less urbanised utes tend to carry a good part of the road they came in on during a show!!!!
Lets face it standing at the tailgate of any ute theres little difference so hopefully we can see the little difference in the owners too!!!!

i was there when it happend and the person that was told the pro utes member to go away was because he had a personal beef with him but i dont agree with naming his club in the manner as tha. personly i dont like the member myself due to his ego and i certinly dont have a problem with the proutes ether and i would appreciate it if they did join us for a drink and socilise at the next muster. then other uters may realise they arnt as bad as they apear and aint snobs because they are sitting in there own tent by themselfs we are all there to get alont so if there are any member of the proutes club reading this come and join us at the next muster.

thats pretty sad really.... i mean i know it was funni at barbs when they got out a tent type thing to cover the ute and getting out the chamois to clean there utes in the rain is pretty funni... but pro uters and beaututers all have one common interest.. UTES... no need for people to tell em to **** off or anything... besides some of them utes are hot hehe

Well well well is this what it has come down to. If you read all the threads on this everyone talks about them like they are a diffrent breed. They dont have anything at there tent saying dont speek to us.Its like at all the shows people have there little groups here there and every were. You got to mind they are a club and that is why they set up there camp. At the same time it would be nice if they could set up a ute show and have everyone enter it might bring people together. I have noticed the pro utes have turned up to a few shows in the last few months. But in no way should anyone abuse any other person from any other club. Once you get to know some one then it is all in fun.Like me and trashman we exchanged a few views at one show now best of mates.Not that we got out of hand at the time about the hole thing.We still laugh about it.Anyway hopfully it was just the drink speaking at beverley and all will be well.

ok everyone has talked about them joining us for a drink y can't we go and have a drink with them. nothing stoped any of us at beverly going over for a chat and have a drink... make an effort cause it seams as though they are different breeds as you said willie....

i had a chat to some of the proute girls during the nite they didn't move there camp like some of you said they stayed where they where and the next mornign said they had a good nite.. got a yarn a hand shake an a toot as they left......
alot of people on here take some things way to seriouse nad need to sit back take a look around and see that the world isn't gonna end over a comment that was made personally not by a club...

as u said tg thats my to bobs and hope you all have a good one..

I'd Quite enjoyed the conversation with the people that came over and they loved mine and everyone else ute at the camp site we had but for those members to abuse them then me and my friends for talking to them, And yes I'd love to blame the booze but it began again in the morning with several rude and mean comments to us. So unfortuneatly you can count the booze out of it. I am still hopefull they don't know we were bueat utes but i think the stickers on the utes gave it away

words such as "get away from my swag i dont want it contaminated with pro-utes germs" shows their level of intellegence, the even sader thing is that was aimed at a long-time beaututes member and show goer simply for conversing with one of the boys

Darren so well said it does only take a few to stuff up and act like a-holes and it stuffs it for everyone else people need to sit back and take alook at the proutes coz thats what everyone elses ute may have looked like at one stage. There is an art in everyones ute weather it be street, BnS, country, rural, feral ect it all takes time and money and should be

no matter who they are.
