Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Re: UHF Radio Channel Allocations thats pretty useful, although were always usualy on 9 or 40 anyway. i just got my two way with extra programable channels, good fun listening into the police around the city, had a bloke in a hospital gown pushin his mate down the hwy in a wheel chair couple weeks ago....

It's because people blue with him that he's still on there which is what he wants. Either ignore him or switch it off Edit: Pick your game up on the swearing - or you'll be in the sin bin.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: UHF Radio Channel Allocations Just an interesting fact... One of the new uniden UHF radios, i think its only the one with the seperate head and actual unit... Has channels 22 and 23 blocked for transmission eg. you cant talk on that channel. We have one at work and if ya try to talk on channel 22 or 23 ya get a nasty beep when ya push the microphone button!

| Re: UHF Radio Channel Allocations yeh friggin Bullbar, and theres also Ding Dong, hes not on there as much in melb. i dont use my uhf for ch40 in town, after i get onto the highway i switch it on. got another channel if i need it, or CB. PS anyone know how to get extra recieve channels on an iCom 400pro? i wanna listen to emergency freqs.
