When you post an event you know of, or an event you, your club, your committee, or your local town is organising, it is very important that you give as as much details as possible when posting the information you are putting here!

The things that are imperative when posting the events you try your best to give us as much info as possible, such as follows:

The Name of the Event
The Town it is being held at
The State it is located
When it is being held?
Where is it being held? i.e. the local showground
Timings for entry
Prizes Awarded
Cost of Entry
Person to contact: Email/Phone
What Categories are there? See Below as an example only.
Etc Etc ...

When posting your event, please also copy and paste it into the BeautUtes.com Calendar, which is located here ... www.BeautUtes.com/calendar.php (Go to Add New Event, which is located at the bottom right hand side of the page) or click on the below
Single, All Day Event (One day event)
Ranged Event (Over a period of two or more days)
Recurring Event (A yearly event, which is held on the same day every year)


And finally when the show has been held, if it was a Ute Muster, please try and tell us who won!
