ill go first.
I play hockey for the woody rangers. played now for roughly 7 years with a break 2 years ago sidelined with a broken leg. Ive been given the oppertunity to join a club up here in perth but personally theres nothing better playing for my small home town. its all just good fun, play with a group of mates, go to the pub afterwards. i find any big clubs up here just too competitive even amoungst the team itself.

i play netball and a bit of hockey. I play for both narrogin hostel lions and corrigin tigers. With the odd game for Hyden Saints. I used to enjoy netball heaps but now im just sick of it and seem to get suspended for the game too often. And hockey i enjoy it yet i have been getting carded alot for using my stick as a wepon!! Yet i best make the most of it this year as i wont be playing for 3 yrs as im headed outback.

I race Dirt bikes, play golf, wednesday nights i shoot skeet under lights, friday nights tennis under lights and i fish and hunt when i have spare time.

well i have played netball for 15 years.
Cuballing about 10
Pingelly one year.
Olympics two years
Bruce Rock three years.
i played hockey at school. we didnt lose a game all reason, until the grand final.
the year is the first year i have missed a full season of netball due to an injury

gees stace were rodeo/ bull riding dnt play footy but my team is the dandaragan saints and the moora rovers.

Biut the sport i am startiong is bull riding . doing itcos i want to and i love rodeoplus its a good thing to do for me cas otsd gunna harden me the f### up.

Played hockey all my life. Swum competitively for most of it too (Moora). Played a heap of sports through school but now it’s just hockey (indoor as well) and what evers going on socially - floorball, netball etc.

Watheroo - 13yrs, Riverside Lions (Perth) - 2, Jennacubbine - 1 and now 2nd year at Meckering. Also played Country Week for Central Midlands, Avon and will be back down for East Avon again this year.

Definitely prefer to play in the country. Apart from the subs (paid $300 + turf fees every weekend each year in Perth, and came back to $80 and $60 subs out here!), country associations are generally more relaxed and social but still competitive.
I think the more smaller towns that are involved the better, too. Playing in East Avon I think’s heaps better then Avon (Northam), not as clicky!

Personally, for me it's Motor Racing/Cricket/AFL/Rugby League first, then Boxing/Horse Racing/Lawn Bowls

We had a few relo's that were rodeo and wood chop champs in the 70s/80s so as a kid we followed those a lot too. Don't remember their names, so if you ask me i'll have to find out from my Dad.

I have been doing Pistol Shooting (have stoped for time being due to financial reasons) at Beaconsfield Pistol Club.

Had to quit full on pysical stuff and now concentrate on pennant lawn bowls, laugh if you will but it's a good mental game, you can drink & smoke, stir up the wrinklies and enjoy the closest thing WA has to RSL's. Plus the club is over the road and i'm good at it

feral is a state rep which upset a few people but tough luck.
its fun to see how small of a hole you can make.
archery with the young bloke. first and a second in his division at the state titles. both do better than me but i just fake being bad so they can feel good. its true trust me.

I play social tennis and lawn bowls (daggy I know but a whole heap of fun) when I get a chance. I like sports where you can go and relax and have a beverage if deisired!
