Old Farts Ute Club Application Forms

Hi all,

Well we are finally getting there.

I have attached the member application forms and terms and conditions of the club. I am hoping that most of you would have by now seen the shirt styles and sizes that we have gone with (mens singlet does NOT have white binding). Stickers and shirts are in the process of being printed and hopefully we will have them within a couple of weeks. Ear tags are already done. Please be aware that we had to try and get a reasonable mix of shirt sizes so it will be first in best dressed. Will put aside sizes that have already been requested by those that have already stated that they want to join, but can obviously only hold them for a limited time after applications go up. So get your applications in quick! As stated we are expecting delivery in about 2 weeks so please allow for that before expecting your packs to arrive.

hi mickey.i am not up with computers .this applation form when i compleat it do i. print it out and send it by snail main or do it fill it out and e-mail it to you some how'only thing is that i havent got a printer.cheers cary

You can either print it and post it or email it. Only problem if you email it is that you will need to sign it, which if you have an electronic signature (your signature on a piece of paper that you have scanned in to your computer) you can copy into it. Also will need a copy of your DL (this is so we can ensure members are over 35). Suggest that you save the application form to somewhere on you computer (that you know where it is) and send it as an attachment in an email to someone you know/work with a printer and scanner. I will actually be emailing the application to your self and everyone else that have already stated that they want to join. Let me know if you have any problems and need a hand with it. You can either pm me or send me an email to msmith69@bigpond.com if you prefer.

got you micky.what i will do is go to the local liberiary here and use their INTERNET computer and print out a copy,then fill it out and send it out Wednesday with payment by snail mail cheer cary

I sent out a mass email to all those that had stated they wanted to join last night. Utegirl you don't have an email address in your profile. If you can let me know what it is would be happy to send to you. If anyone doesn't want their email made public you can either pm me or send to msmith69@bigpond.com.
