What minesites do members work on?

Well, I know there are a few of us on this site now that work in the mining industry, so I thought i'd start a new thread so people can let us know where they are and what they do.

So i'll start, i'm on a site called Windarling, which is in a locality called Marda, 150km North of Southern Cross.

I'm up here as an Explosives Operator with Orica.

i dont work on the mines but road train into port hedland , area C out of newman , dampier , hope downs.

Right now at Lake Johnston between Norseman and Hyden, bit doing releif work so could be anywhere next. Been to a few though

I'm an machine operator, mostly loaders at the moment.

I'm a Locomotive Driver based at Tom Price but go to mines at Paraburdoo, Marandoo, Brockman, West Angelas and Yandi also.

WORKING OUT AT WHIM CREEK COPPER MINE AT THE MOMENT IT'S HALF WAY BETWEEN PT HEADLAND AND KARRATHA AS MAINTENANCE FTTER .

i use that road to travel to and from work so if you ever see a purple ford ute say gday over the uhf,

Working at the Indee Gold Mine in charge of the mining contract.
About 80 K's south of Hedland, 30 K's north of Whim Creek and 16 K's east of the bitumen.
