¨ Managed the accounting, stock control and all auditing requirements of a 26k line item inventory and reported directly to the Stores Accounting Officer. In addition, enforced a stringent stocktaking regime to ensure inventory integrity.
¨ Responsible for the procurement of all-necessary supplies and services to meet required outcomes, including monitoring of all mission critical requirements.
¨ Successfully directed, guided and reviewed staff outputs to achieve all goals set.

¨ Assisted in destore of HMAS Waller during battery changeout at Australian Submarine Corporation Adelaide. Responsible for 100% Stocktaking, configuration management and controlling allowance of technical spares. Initiated orders for allowance deficiencies and return of excess stock to Global Inventory.
¨ Initiated population of inventory into Submarine Inventory Management System. (SIMS).
¨ Developed Standard Operating Procedures for SIMS and provided On the Job Training for Submarine Crew.

April 1998 – January 2001 Supervisor/Office Manager
