Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Yellow Stickers Well didn't moora have a good weekend. Yesterday we were having a quiet arvo when one of our mates called us up to warn us that they had just been pulled over and stickered. now this ute is nice, but all its really had done is an exhaust system and three ralleye 4000 compact spotties on the rollbar. Then about 5 minutes after talking to this person, another mate rang telling us he also had been done and that as he was talking to us yet another mate was being pulled over. Both these utes are pretty standard commodore utes. both have exhaust systems and the 2nd has been slightly lowered. So in the space of about 15 minutes we had three yellow stickers. then we found out who the cops were. Dally Cops!!!! There's nothing that annoys me more than when these outer town cops come in and ping all the locals then leave as quick as they blew in. Ok thats my whinge for the day. lol.

| Re: Yellow Stickers ya have to be doing something to catch their eye in the first place. I got a mate who's got a VR commo, he put 19's on it, got defected cos his rims and tyres didnt match his tyre placard. Turns out, he caught their attention cos he pulled away from the lights spinning the wheels

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Re: Yellow Stickers You dont have to always be doing something stupid to get pulled over, or breaking the law or have a modified car/ute etc etc. When i got my yellar i left work because i was falling asleep on the forklift, it was 2:30am i just left the drive at work and the cops drove past me. They hit the anchors that hard that i thought they would dig into the bittumen. Now on a ute your allowed to have a fully covered in back window, i got told that my sticker was illegal, i got told it was too low, i went to pedders and had it measured and its an inch below standard height. They also tols me it was too loud i had that tested and it sits borderline sound limit. I have seen most of the moora mongrels and the surrounding utes and they not all that modified, some of which may be however and you could expect a yellar on a certain few. I think its personal opinion from the police at times, and time of day, For me it was a changeover. I have been told by a few other police that my ute looks good because i haven gone over the top with stickers etc etc. So its personal at the time, its at their discretion. What do ya do, i had my whinge when i got mine and i knew the cop was a smart ass but i dealt with it. As i said in my last post i have heard the Dally cops can be a pian in da rectum. Have heard that from a lot o West ozzies..
