Been In a car accident

Bout 4 hrs ago was coming of my dirt road on to tar heading into town.. anyway was on a back road and i saw a car driving down a drive way heading to the main road... anyway i started to notice she was still going a bit fast as she was getting near to the tar... by then it was too late and she hit the passangers side back of the ute.... My son and i are lucky to be alive if she was going any faster we would be dead in a tree as i know the Vg is really light in the back and would of spun out if hit any harder... Anyway i pulled up got out and they blamed there brakes on y she could slow down ok... fair enuff.. and she said we didnt hit its ok.. was like ok... here where i started to get a bit pissed off... told her to look at the front of her car and yep she was like omg im so sorry.. was like damn straight u are... This is my first real accident and im still shaking over it... Now i have to contact her and see if she really does have insurance... i just hope she does... Any advice for me...

Report the incident to the police as soon as possible. This will help when it comes to any possible insurance claim, or any further action you may need to take should they not have any insurance.

Thanks guys.. Ive reported to the police and ive tried ringing the woman.. she was very hesitant on giving me the name of her insurance company so im pretty sure her car is unregistered and uninsured... worst bit is.. ive had a thumping headache ... ah well guess im paying for the damage..

If u have insurence u can still get her to pay for it your insurance company can follow that up cheers

No insurance on the vg. Its in my sisters name. But the woman got back to me bout it. I just dont think that she is going to put a claim in.... I think i will call it a case of bad luck and just have it fixed myself.. I hate how ppl are so dishonest and dont want to admit to something they have done.. gets up my goat..

Bugger!!!! still look in to her insurance company and see if u could contact them about it. see if they can help at all dunno "though" ya can give it a try ya never know!!!! ive had this s@$# happen to me and never got nuthin but they diddent have insurance good luck on it though cheers
