Are you a farmer's son or daughter?
im not a farmer daughter, but my mum is. her family farm was in the family for 160 years, but it got sold a couple of years ago when my cousin didnt want to come back to the farm. he is a uni lecture at one of the melbourne unis now. most of family are on farms.

Yeah I'm a 5th or 6th generation famers kid. Our family farm was in the farmily for like 4-5 generations but it got sold by my aunties coz they didnt wanna farm. Was very dark about that one.

Re: Are you a farmer's son or daughter?

Im a famers daughter, a farmers grandaughter, a farmers great grand daughter and so on.... for i think 7 generations but i will have to check that for sure on my mothers side too

unfortunately the farms are no longer in my immdiate family as my father passed away years ago and things have never been the same

weve had farms in williams, newdegate, harrismith, lake grace, lake king, lake magenta etc etc etc we even spread right out across the southern wheatbelt if i cared to look further into it

Re: Are you a farmer's son or daughter?

mostly orchards and vegies in my past. dad was a dairy farmer. he got out when it started to get too hard and the highway took some of our land( the best part) .

Re: Are you a farmer's son or daughter?

farmers daughter through and through and i wouldnt have it any other way. My dad bought the place when he and mum got married so i guess my brothers will take over the place once they settle down. I wish that there were more farms around these days its sad to see them disappering
