Rep Power: 2  |  Ebay- Have u been ripped off? I know we have a thread for the bargains we have found on ebay but I want to know if anyone on here has been ripped off on there.. whether it be buying or selling. Ebay is great but there is a dark side.

Rep Power: 3 | Re: Ebay- Have u been ripped off? I have had people say they never recieved payment from me, but i always keep proof, so i have always gotten what i payed 4 in the end. There have been a few times my item never came, once i was given a refund, the other time the ebay member cancelled there account, so i'm assuming they ripped off a few others 2.

Only once I didn't receive an item I had paid for, I think it was a $15 pair of shorts. I reported it to Ebay, but like in Bekie's case the sellers account had been cancelled so there was nothing that I could do. I put it down as a learning experience and now I only try to buy off sellers with 100% feedback rating.

Rep Power: 1 | Re: Ebay- Have u been ripped off? most sellers are great. worst buyer i had was for my old Vl Commie, he won it and didnt pay, i spoke to him on the phone before he bid too (d!ck) but he had done it to others aswell so ebay credited me and deleted him (unfortunetley before i could add feedback!!)
