Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: Personalised Plates G'day Here in SA we have to pay unrealistic prices for "custom" number plates and thats why most of the time people will just go for personalised plates as they are a once off payment, custom plates have to be paid each year independant of rego. I had custom plate DJG for a while but now I have the custom plate 350 HJ wanted the reverse but it was taken. Dean. ![]()

| Re: Personalised Plates I've got ROKNROBYN as mine, black background white writing, I've taken them for vehicle to vehicle. Got them cause as a kid people used to sing the Rockin Robin song to me when I introduced myself. I just adapted it to suit how I spell my name and to fit onto plates. They were an 18th birthday present so they are gonna stay with me forever. | |

| Re: Personalised Plates This isnt really persolalised but i didnt realise that with shire plates you could turn them around. For example, my parents have W.7500, and when I got my first car I got 7500.W. The good thing was that when I first got on the road, people were more likely to recognise who I was because I had the same number as my folks.
