i got a celticy looking pattern that i designed on the bottom of my back, longhorns with writing saying ride em ruff on the very very top off one leg, and on the other leg in the same place i got a pegasus that i designed with my daughter's name written through the shding in its wing, and then my most recent, on my back, (where my heart is) i got a tattoo for my best mate that past away, angel wings with a hat and boots in the middle... all of mine are back and white tatt's, except the boots and the hat on the last on have some pink shading in them. i love em all, i agree i think it makes it alot more meaningful when you design them yourself, but at the same time i can understand why some people get some that are standard designs, some of the shops have some great designs in there.

Yeah i got 3, 2 on right arm one on left...
Top tat on right arm is custom designed with NK and the Eureka flag

Here's just something i was thinking about while i was on my way to get my tattoo done, and was wondering what other people think about them i have 2 one one my shoulder and just got the R.M.W. longhorn done on my lower back.

So my question is what do u think of them and do you have any?

I love tattoos on a person whether it male or female... I say each to their own where they choose to get them done.... I love a target on a girl (her lower back) and depends on what they have elsewhere as well. O love the detail in a tat, something original. I have a few myself, a squiggle on my left arm, an arm band on my right and above that i drew up a Ned Kelly with the Eureka flag and a hat incorporated into it with custom flames surrounding that.. The next one when i can afford it will also be a custom one going along with the Australiana theme...

ive got one... lookin for my next one. takin my sister to get hers done in a couple weeks, shes wanted this one particular tattoo for bout the last 3 years and now shes finally gettin it done. and i think we r gettin matching ones when we find one we both like.
i love tats when they r detailed and/or original.

My first one was going to be a phoenix of my own design on my left shoulder but since my brother passed away in april my sister and i decided we would get match wrist bands with out names through it
Other than that though i do agree that original ones are better as they speak more about the person

i would have to agree with what you have all said about tattoo's, sounds like you guys have got them done because you wanted to and they all mean something to you and would have to say the custom ones are the way to go!
