WORLD-WIDE DAY OF THE WATER!!!!!
In its resolution 47/193 of 22 of December of 1992, the General Assembly declared that the World-wide Day of the Water would be celebrated the 22 of March of every year as of 1993. The date is a unique occasion to remember to all which by means of concrete efforts to provide potable water and concientizando more to the world on the problems and the solutions in this field, it is possible to be helped so that the things are different. By means of resolution 58/217 of 23 of December of 2003, the General Assembly proclaimed the period of the 2005 to 2015 Decade International for the Action, "the water, source of life", that will give to beginning the 22 of March of 2005, World-wide Day of the Water. This year, the World-wide Day of the Water will be coordinated by UNESCO under the subject "Water and culture".
