Course for young rural business people

APPLICATIONS FOR THE ENHANCING ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS COURSE ARE NOW OPEN

Young people working in agricultural, fisheries or forestry industries who are looking to grow their business and entrepreneurial skills are encouraged to apply for a place on the exciting new Enhancing Entrepreneurial Skills Course.
Up to 20 innovative individuals will be chosen to participate in the course which aims to motivate and inspire rural people to adopt a market-driven approach to their business, recognise opportunities and harness innovation. The course will be held in Melbourne in May 2007 and will offer 18-35 year olds the opportunity to better understand their operating environment and explore issues that will influence the domestic and international markets of agriculture, fisheries and forestry products.
Further information and an application form are available from www.yarn.gov.au, email industrypartnerships@daff.gov.au or call Jennifer Medway on 02 6272 5010. Applications close 5.00pm (AEST) Friday, 30 March 2007.

I'm working on my application! Just have to do up a CV now, it's been a long time since I've had to do one of those!
