I buy Gardeners because of the slip resistant sole. Good for the kitchen and way better than Docs. And I wear them every day thankyou very much! Maybe they don't wear out as much cos I don't continually kick people up the bum with them.

I agree with Carrots, get the new fangled Rubber Sole. I wore the bottom off both my brown and black RM Boots within a year. There is a Cert RMW Shoe repairer in Ballarat and he put the rubber bottoms on them both. They've now lasted for 3 years and they are still going strong! Also much better for grip, the leather soles can get a bit scary on wet grass!

steel capped red backs
the steel cap is a wast of time cos netime sumthin drops on my foot it always misses the steel cap nd causes me to get dragged in the office for swearin
