I know it is bad to start smoking when you are like 13 ... but to avoid cancer etc when is the best time to start smoking ..... cause I have not have a smoke for like 3 months and right now I want a smoke!

Yeah!!! never i reckon, i wish i had never started. well in my last HELP SMARTY QUIT, thing i said i was quitting and now i nearly have. i have had 5 smokes in the last week, compared to nearly a pack a day 2 weeks ago. gone a few days without one now so go me!!!
