Service Stations Rigged!

My question!

How can Service Stations selling fuel justify their price hikes?

My Example!

Say for instance they buy 50,000 litres of fuel today for $1 a litre and sell it for $1.25 a litre

Then tomorrow there is a big price hike and they they still have 40,000 litres of fuel left in the underground tank and then then they raise the price to $1.40 per litre.

It is bullshit! They raise their price when they still have their original $1 a litre fuel left over from the day before! Thus making a massive profit!

They are ripping us off all the way to the bowser!

They know that we having no choice but to buy it!

Dont buy petrol on a certain day thing? Remember it? Why dont we start that one up again?

It would certainly piss a few petrol stations off!

Why doesn't someone open up a 'Customer Friendly' petrol station..... along the lines of 'Bendigo Bank'?

As long as we keep buying at these ridiculous prices..they will continue to make us pay.

I really wish everyone in Australia would participate in a fuel free day, its time something is done to show we arent going to take it.

i was watching sunrise this morning and they were saying that in a way it could be a good thing because we will buy 4cl cars and use public transport, but is a bad thing because Australia manufactures the 6 cl & V8 cers, not the riceburners!

Also how the hell do us people in rural areas catch public transport to work?! im sorry but i work in a town that has a school, pub, servo, milk bar & post office. Thats it, and its a fair old distance from any public transport!
