personally i hate the smell of cigarette smoke especially in cars and houses, but its bullshit to try and ban people from doing it in their own car.

Well...smokin' in my Ute is about the only fricking place I can nowadays to get some peace.
The dirty looks you get these days if you're smoking outside a shopping centre or whatever...you may as well be a bloody druggie who is shooting up.
At least in my own Ute, I can kill myself quietly!
