Yep. Have a will, but it's LOOOONG over due to be changed. Keep on meaning to get it done, really should make an effort...hate to see my 'Outlaws' get their grubby fingers on any of my shite now.

being only 21 i guess i havent given it much serious thought. i guess i dont really have much of value either so my family could do whatever they want with it i think

well billy touch wood but best u get onto that problem wed ms u and the site toooooooooooooooooo much but na im too lazy to do one dont have much but my girl would get every thing and mum would take her so im set oh and id be burried in my ute cos no ones getting ehr so this is my will and u all know its here pmsl

I wouldn’t be without one. I had a near-death experience in 1993 and realised that all of my money and assets would go to my mother and not to those people who I cared about and were there for me when I needed them. Now that I have an 18-month old boy I need to look out for his best interests.

If any of you out there have assets and don’t have a will, it can cause a lot of heartache for those who you care most about.
A dear friend of mine was killed in a truck accident nearly three years ago and he didn’t have a will. It made things very difficult for his family as he was a single bloke and had three houses, one in which his mother lived in.

I or we don't have one but we really do need one. And as I just lost my dad not too long ago.
That should be enough of a kick in the back side to get one.
As all the brothers and sister got everything that my parents owned. And all I got was a photo copy of a photo when they were both young. Done by one of the brothers.
And I have now got heaps of good stuff and there is no way that I want them to get their ugly fingers on.
I have got a wife and kids and a little granddaughter who I want all my stuff to go to.
Screw the family.
