The Cookie Story

Yeah, I'm bored. Deal. lol.
I made malt choc chip cookies today... and I thought, what better way to show everyone than to actually SHOW you! So, in my utter craziness, I took photos of the frigging process.

The mix in the bowl... all ready to be kneaded!

Just before they went in the oven.
This was taken after I discovered-
a) I was a shocking kneader...
b) that the yellow bowl is too small to knead in
c) the cutting board was too hard to knead on (half the mix ended up on the floor)
d) that the bowl i originally was going to use was in fact, perfect for kneading in. I still sucked at it though.

Hmm are you meant to knead? I don't think you are but anyway they look good.

Yeah the recipe said to mix til just combined then to knead.... To a dough. I guess thats how they make em all soft n crumbly, as opposed to your average cookie? *shrugs*
