| Bull Bar Laws I saw this post on www.uteman.com.au by Red Country (I think shes a memebr here too). Ok those in WA who want state regulations on bullbars go to www.dpi.wa.gov.au/licensing/myvehicle/safe/standards/bull.html#regulations if you read this and comply then the police can not defect your vehicle as a personal choice as long as it reaches requirements of state criteria then they cant do anything. Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Re: Bull Bar Laws Oops, my bar does not meet those requirements cos it leans forwards(slightly), has 'sharp' corners and obscures my park and indicator lights. The one on my patrol only obscures the indicators. But the bloody thing is not comin' off!!!!! Neither are the spottties on the roll bar or the bull lamp(with 'sharp' edges) on top of the bullbar. They can go and get stuffed!!!!(polite words used for those with sensitive eyes) |

| Re: Bull Bar Laws WA uters, what's goin on? Have they really introduced legislation banning five posters over there? Is it certain style bars? Is it just at town/shire level, or state wide?

| Re: Bull Bar Laws Hey all - I spoke with Warwick, on uteman site, and hopefully he will post same info on here. In the meantime, read his posts under Bullbar Debate, or WA Ute Club, on uteman site. You must watch Channel 7's Today Tonight show, on this Tuesday. It will cover the issue, including interviews. Warwick - if you read this, maybe a release / info should be placed in the News thread on Beaututes.com, as in front page. This is definitely a news item. Warwick, afterthought, My apologies, if I've jumped the gun, in posting the above here, I just believe the sooner that people are up to speed, the more support will happen.

| Re: Bull Bar Laws why cant the government leave otherwise law abiding citizens alone. does this mean that bull bars wont be allowed at all, bet the truckies will love that. and whats with the safety issue with hitting pedestrians ( see rustintheute last post) you shouldn't be hitting pedestrians anyway should you? government should think about how many lives the bullbar has saved. | |
