YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE ENTERING AND VOTING.!

Conditions & Rules of Entry!

1. The competition is based on honesty!

2. The Ute Must be Yours! If the Ute is registered in both you and your partner’s name, then you must decide which category to put it in.

3. To enter the competition, all Entrants must be regulars to the site, not literally everyday, but at least once a week/ two weeks, make posts and so on.

4. Entrants to the competition cannot be expected to go in the competition if they just sign up to the site, enter their ute and never come back…. Or come back occasionally to see if they are winning. This is only fair, the competition is run for members who actually support the site.

5. The Photo can only be someone else’s Ute if it is being entered in the Circlework category or you can enter your Ute in the Circlework Category even if it was taken by someone else.

6. Photos that you upload in the gallery must be put in the competition category i.e. January, Febuary etc and I will copy them into a relevant voting thread.

7. If you already have a photo of your ute somewhere in the gallery, just find it and let Billy or one of the admins its exact link so we can move it to the competition area.

8. When entering your Ute, please submit as good as possible photo of your ute, 3 photos would be good, front, side, rear! (Day Photos Preferred)

9. All photos to be uploaded to the relevant “month” section in the gallery.

10. If you do not win anything in the months before, you may enter again, but new entrants will get top priority

11. Male Entrants ... You can enter your Ute in up to 1 Categories only not including “Peoples Choice” i.e. if you entered your ute in “Best BNS / Rural” then you automatically go in “Peoples Choice”

12. Female Entrants ... You can enter your Ute in up to 2 Categories only not including “Peoples Choice” i.e. if you entered your ute in “Best Chicks” & “Best Street” then you automatically go in “Peoples Choice”

13. The Best Circlework category is an entirely different competition, you may enter the circlework category as many times as you like... as long as you took the photo or the photo is of you in your ute doing circlework.

14. You cannot enter a Ute that you no longer own … i.e. Sold, you used to own it, wrote it off in a crash in the past.

15. All Entrants automatically go into “Peoples Choice”

16. All Monthly Winners will go into the final voting round of “BeautUtes.com Ute of the Year”

17. All decisions will be voted via a poll, which members will vote anonymously!

18. No complaints please, the competition is run via a voting poll by all members, not “Me” this competition is wholly a members site participation thing.

19. Remember it’s a small Ute world, everyone knows someone in someway, don’t try and trick us when entering your Ute, its your reputation on the line! The site gets a lot of “Guests” you never know who they are … friends etc

20. There are no Prizes, all you get is a special button on your profile and the glory of winning! (I was going to have prizes, but unfortunately I just cannot afford the postage) Please Understand.

21. Each of these monthly online Ute Musters takes approximately 2 who days for me to organise, whether it be tallying votes and then posting winners, buttons etc and then putting all the photos on the site, the last thing I need is complaints to me, saying the votes are rigged.

22. REMEMBER THIS IS JUST A FRIENDLY COMPETITION ... WE ARE NOT PLAYING FOR SHEEP STATIONS ... IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY YOU DID NOT WIN ... THEN PLEASE KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.

23. YES YOU ARE ALLOWED TO VOTE FOR YOUR OWN UTE!

24. Banned members cannot enter, even if they have won in the past.
