Go the Fords!! I have a good feeling about Winterbottom, he's a top driver and he'll be right up there all year i reckon! Hopefully this year we won't have the championship robbed off us by a cheatin slimeball holden driver!

Good win from Todd Kelly. I don't mind Todd, he keeps quiet, cool, and gets the job done.
Top finish from Courtney and Whincup. Good to see Triple 8 getting one back on R.Kelly!
The Max Wilson vs Craig Lowndes incident ticked me off a bit. Yeah maybe Lowndes needed to be further up to pass, but Max ended up coming across on him from what I could see. Ah well, there's always tomorrow.
Ch7 Coverage was ok, plenty of ad's but good pitlane coverage from Denyer and Beretta.
Good to see the utes getting some good coverage too.

Good win from the VE on its first outing. Those Kelly Boys were just too fast! 6 of the top 10 were Falcons too, so lookout!
Junior Johnson was strong. Courtney needs to work on those starts/take off's and he'll be right. Ingall also keeping up with the front runners again, good to see.
Winterbottom was fast... His engine wasn't, which is a shame.
Lowndes just couldn't get it together, whereas Whincup was solid all weekend.
Skaife back in the top 10, Tander came back from a Drive thru to finish 10th.
Steven Richards for FPR, First race in a Falcon managed 8th.
Overall a promising sign for the year ahead.
The Kelly boys were simply too fast!

Bring on the Bigpond 400 at Barbagello!

how did you find channel seven's coverage?

personnally I reckon it wasn't a patch on ten's . apart from crompton the comentary team is a joke there were to many add breaks and too many adds and the background noise made the commentary hard to hear

I agree Rocket, far too many Ad's, but luckily CH10 had Sargent Bilko on, so I watched that during the ad breaks. I liked the fact they had more pit-lane coverage, and they showed some support categories.
During an In-car camera stint, the engine noise drowned out the commentry, which was good!

For their first go, it wasn't bad. Give it time, I'm sure they'll improve.
