Rep Power: 4 | Re: should we change our anthem When youre watching the rugby it makes you think it doesnt matter what the lyrics really are, when you see all the players representing their country with such pride, i think its just the true aussie spirit that everyone see's. The anthem's ok, but i dont see the word "ute" in there anywhere.......................!!!!!

Rep Power: 22 | Re: should we change our anthem as much as i love waltzing matilda i dont know if its really appropriate as a national anthem when you realy listen to the lyrics! working in a school i notice that the kids can all sing the first verse of our aussie anthem but are stuffed when it comes to the second one and i must admit i never learnt the second verse myself. i think corinas suggestion is a very good one.
