Re: Deni Feedback!

sorry but this is my opinion, not trying to start trouble or anything just saying what i think.

This year was my fifth or sixth deni (damn stickers fall off the ute and i cant remember).... im blonde.
must say, the company i was with was fantastic and we had alotta fun within the camp... but as far as the deni thing goes, (my opinion), it was the worse ever, everythings getting stale, same old, same old there needs to be a change of attraction to the main stage area, somthing more entertaining that dosnt mean you have to stand at the rodeo ring 5 deep and cant see a thing... the fun has gone, i understand that for saftey reasons utes cant driving around the campsites and lanes anymore, jampacked to the hills with yobbos yellin, 'SHOW US YA TITS', but that was the best part of deni... having a laugh, perving on the boys as they drove past, flashing some fleash, and forever picking the dust outa ya nose from the countless numbers of utes going past checking out the campsites. Yes the dust is still there, and the smell in the smoke in the morning of burnt eski's and couches but the atmosphere is gone.
No Keybangers, Bugger All fireworks (the ileagal ones in the carpark), No Yobbo's in Utes, Being told off by cops for having a fire, The Rise in price of tickets compared to years back in those good old days, leave me slightley bitter...
dont get me wrong, i do love deni... its a great cultural experience and an awesome time to catch up with ya mates... But you sure cant beat the days when the deni ute muster was still a baby.
