it was nothing but typical tabloid journalism, a mitsubishi FM557 truck hit someone that stepped out in front of it, it was alleged the steel bullbar killed him, (firstly the bar was alloy), they don't bother to see the fact that he was hit by a truck with 22 tons GVM and woul've been killed anyway. AGAIN BULLBARS have NEVER been the soul cause of any road fatalities.
