I think that in a fair world they should pay. But we live in time were if you do the wrong thing by the law like break and enter you get let off. But if you do the right thing then you get hit like having a bullbar.
Yes its true you'll never win no matter what you do. Its best to shut up and take it on the chin. Sorry mate.
