I as well got sick and tyred of the bull crap ppl where saying about this and that regarding bullbars so i found out for my self ...
After reading the rules and regs
(and talking to Scott at Northam arb and the ppl at irvin bars) i found there is no mention of how meany posts or the mesh and nothing about leening back...
in fact there quiet vague!!!
But never the less lots of ppl have been given a yellow sticker for the Irvin three poster ... ( In my view less Agressive than "smarties" bar")
It is regarded by the guys at the pits that they dont wont mesh on the bullbar and irvin bars recomend you dont put it on along with now they've droped the over all hight of there three post bars and now leen the bars back to help make them copper/pits freindly
Wat all this meens i have no idea... i guess if you wont or need one put it on but face the fact that you will run into a cop one day that dosen't like the bullbar and gives you a sticker for it ... just deal with it at the time ...
PS ...If you do put a bullbar on find out about getting a mod permit for it 1st it may help...
