 i have been fined for not reporting an accident, mind you it was an accident i was a victim of causing a whiplash injury, thats when some of the cops lost my respect (and they wonder how they get all those nice nick names). but luckily the fine didnt stick as we went down and spoke to the officer in charge and got let off. |
